okay girlies β so many of you keep dming me asking how i changed everything, so i decided to make a guide where i put down all the things i did to turn my body and mind around.
i know how it felt when i was in the worst shape of my life β and i wish there was something like this for me when i was working my ass off to make a change. so here it is. π

6 steps that changed everything for me
lose the weight
this was the biggest one for me. i always struggled to burn it but when i learned exactly what changes fat distribution, it turns out it was way simpler than i thought.
it's a calorie deficit β you eat less than you burn.
this is what i did:
- skip breakfast (intermittent fasting makes it easy)
- walk 10k steps a day, usually incline
- two meals a day β high protein, some carbs, fiber
don't overcomplicate it. seriously π€

fix your skin
when i was overweight my skin was terrible β acne, oily, inflamed.
what i used:
- gentle cleanser twice a day
- salicylic acid for pores + oil
- benzoyl peroxide for breakouts
- moisturizer + sunscreen always
my skin also improved a ton once my diet improved β whole foods, high protein, more water, less sugar and junk.
i always used to overdo it with too many products... but trust me, stick to the basics π€

fix your posture
this one changed a lot for me and i wish someone showed me the right way to fix this sooner β it took some research to figure out what actually works. i was putting in work but still lookedβ¦ off? couldn't figure out why.
bad posture was literally changing the way my face and body looked. jawline, shoulders, everything.
what i did to fix it:
- diaphragmatic breathing daily
- hip internal + external rotation work
- fix pelvic alignment so your body moves right
don't worry β i explain the exact breathing drills and hip exercises step by step, and i have links to videos on exactly how to do them π
activate your glutes
i was doing glute days and seeing nothing. then i learned if your posture is off, you're not even activating your glutes properly. like at all π©
- train your gluteus medius
- it fixes anterior pelvic tilt
once my pelvis was aligned, everything else followed β my shoulders pulled back, my neck sat right, and i just started carrying myself different. like i could literally feel the difference.
i also included the exact exercises and routines i did, but these are easy to research on your own too β don't be afraid to try new things π€

lymphatic drainage
found this one by accident lol but it made a big difference for me. lymphatic drainage removes stagnant fluid from your body. the difference in my face was night and day.

the most important step
i'm about to tell you the most important secret that made all of this work for me so make sure you pay attention β you have to stick exactly to a good routine plan, stay consistent with it, and stay patient with the results. consistency and discipline is everything and this is where a lot of girlies fail because they give up right before they see the real changes.
